The 2008 Pinhoti Trail Pocket Guide Update Page

that you can copy and use to supplement your guides.
The 2008 Northbound Pinhoti Trail Pocket Guide
This guide covers all 31 sections of the Pinhoti Trail in both Alabama and
Georgia and also includes driving directions to all of the sections. This is a no
fluff, limited text version that compares to the Appalachian Trail Databook,
with mileages to all of the trailheads, major landmarks, road crossings,
campsites, water sources, points of interest and trail towns.
The 68 page guide is printed on 4x6 index cards for strength and 2 lock rings
are used for the binding. It's light and fits well in a quart size zip loc.
Individual Section Pocket Guides
These guides cover each section individually and have the same size and format
as the Pocket Guide but they are full text versions that compare to Wingfoot's
Appalachian Trail Handbook, with highly detailed hiking directions, driving
directions, flower, shrub and tree locations, trail history, local area history, all
campsites, all water sources and general commentary.
