Please note that only what is considered a named summit by the United States Geological Survey is on the 100 Highest Named Summit list.
Talladega Mountain (Section 5, 6, and part of 7) is the highest mountain in the state at 2407'. Many of its summits are named, with the highest one being Mt. Cheaha.
Dugger Mountain (Section 11) is the second highest mountain in the state at 2140'. Dugger does not have a "named summit" for the highest peak, so it did not make the 100 Highest Named Summits list for this reason.
Rebecca Mountain (Section 3) clocks in at 1550' but it does not have a named summit, so it did not make the 100 Highest Named Summits list for this reason
Flagg Mountain (Section 1) clocks in at 1152'. It is not high enough to make the 100 Highest Named Summits list, but gets an honorable mention for being the Southern Terminus of the Pinhoti Trail :)
